Facility Map

Our location is at Highway 101 & Salinas Street. That means we are adjacent to the freeway. A 12 foot wall offers a sound and sight buffer, but you can hear some traffic. That’s a fact.

• All sites have full hookups: 30 & 50 amp electric, water, & sewer
• Complimentary Starlink internet
• Every site has a picnic table
• We have four clean & private showers/bathrooms 
• We have a tidy little laundry room
• Like most things in Santa Barbara, our park is small, but we can accommodate up to 42’ rigs, and we even have some pull throughs
• Sites are $70-$80 per night
• Pet Policy: We love pets! All we ask is that you clean up after them and keep them on leash at all times. Woof!
• Check-in is any time from 1pm on, and check-out time is 11am
• Charcoal BBQs and fully enclosed propane fire pits are fine, but wood burning fires are not allowed
• We regret that we cannot accept tents on the ground. A tent on top of a vehicle is fine, just no tents on the ground.

For reservations 7 days or fewer:  No deposit is required, and cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes received less than 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation and will receive no refund.

For reservations 8 – 14 days:  A 20% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations or changes received at least 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations or changes received less than 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival will receive no refund.

For reservations 15 – 28 days:  A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations or changes received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive no refund.
